The Infologic team ensure the cake keeps coming….
Earlier this year, the Infologic team completed a major IT installation project at The Castle Pantry cafe, part of Highcliffe Castle.
Highcliffe Castle is on the cliffs at Highcliffe, Dorset, and was built between 1831 and 1835 by Charles Stuart, 1st Baron Stuart de Rothesay.
It is recognised as the most important surviving house of the Romantic and Picturesque style of architecture, with Grade 1 status.
The castle has a rich and interesting history, so find out more by visiting their website here.
Now a popular tourist attraction, open all year around and welcoming visitors from across the globe, the castle also boasts the Castle Pantry Tea Rooms – its family-friendly cafe. The cafe enjoys an excellent setting, overlooking the castle. Hot food, light bites and cream teas are served, and well-behaved dogs are welcome with their humans!
The cafe was closed for a reconstruction and facelift project – with an opening launch date of August 2024.
Infologic IT was commissioned to provide the IT infrastructure for the Castle Pantry cafe, so we happily set to work. We installed desk-top computers for the office team, and supplied and installed the entire IT network including servers, internet connection, a phone system and a social WIFI solution for cafe visitors.
We did everything that was needed to ensure this busy and popular cafe could open to the public with its IT infrastructure in place. Whilst the cakes and coffees are served front-of-house and the cafe visitors relax with their cuppas and food treats, this busy cafe needs a solid IT infrastructure to keep the business running smoothly!
It was an absolute pleasure to work with the team at the Castle Pantry, and the Infologic IT team really enjoyed this project.
And we were even more delighted to receive this feedback from their team.
“We couldn’t be happier with the exceptional service provided by Infologic during the installation of our desk computers, Wi-Fi, and servers at Highcliffe The Castle Pantry. Their team was professional, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable, ensuring a smooth and stress-free setup process.
The system is running seamlessly, and their attention to detail and commitment to delivering high quality work has made a lasting impression on us. We highly recommend Infologic for their expertise and outstanding customer service. Thank you for helping us stay connected and efficient!”
In conclusion – we are very happy to have played a part in keeping the cakes coming at The Castle Pantry cafe!
